Crypts Treasure Room: Sheltering From Storms

I don't know how much I'd trust the Crypts when it comes to shelter from storms. Just look at the condition of this book!

A book packed of safety recommendations for even the most severe storms. Given that it was discovered damp and wrecked in the Crypts, retro bowl it's safe to say that the Crypts are not a good place to seek refuge. They're getting old. They seep.
