Who do you battle for the tattered scroll? Will the retired items that have been refreshed ever return? Oh maybe for a brief time during Neugarten it could be a used thing sale with random retired revamps from various shops. I would call it a garage sale but I'm pretty sure there are other terms for it if it is a public market.

I have to say, I am LOVING that bone helm revamp! Looks so much better than before. I'm a little ick'd to see an actual slave collar as an item, but progression doesn't equal erasure. It's also really nice to see a new skin type that's not limited to the zapper, though the one arm pose looks awkward. (Also, three fingers; ew.) Also, the looks like it was skipped and no longer seems to fit with the new helm. (It does look like it would fit the old art.) Is that going to get revamped at all?

Oh... I figured the scroll was retired because you guys like to revamp retired items and based on the high price in usershops I figured it was unavailable, so I rushed to buy one before they all sold out. But it sounds like I could have just battled for one. Oh well, my battle pets can go get me some extras lol
