This is not a holiday, this is just a seasonal rotation. The Millionaire Center as well as the Quest Shop have items that rotate based on season. Today, March 20th, is the Vernal Equinox, when winter switches to spring (in the nothern hemisphere). So the shops just swapped to their spring items, and that always comes with a release of a few new items!
