Then it obviously works differently for some people. Every month on my sub renewal day I get an event that says thanks for renewing telling me I received a voucher, CSC, buddy GA and the monthly item at that time. I've never gotten it before then. Maybe people who subscribed before I did get the item on the release date instead. Hope all of you get your item. I have to wait until next month for mine.

For those of us whose sub renewed, it generally says all the things you got and "You will receive the subscription item when it is released later this month" because it used to change on the 12th every month so those of us whose renewal was on or after that date would automatically get the new item the day we renewed. Now, for whatever reason, they've been having issues for several months with the script that gives the item out - so we're not getting the item on release day like we're supposed to. And the item doesn't come out on the 12th anymore - it changes later in the month. I've been subscribed since before they changed the system, so I get mine whenever the item is added to the site. Or I should anyhow. Still no item for this month.

I have never received the monthly item when it was announced, it always goes in to my inventory on the day my sub renews.

Usually when this is announced then the item is in my inventory. But this time it wasnt. Just wondering what happened? If there was a glitch or anything...

I thought we received the new item on whatever day our sub renews. That's how mine works, so I will get this on the 12th next month.

My sub renews the 12th of each month so will have to wait a couple weeks to get this.

I agree, it’s getting pretty repetitive and I’d love a Quentin bonus soon :\ and I guess mysterious melody isn’t happening? Unless it’s going to be after the trees open. Kind of sucks that we keep getting told we’ll have MM, since I’m a newer user (around two years) I haven’t been able to experience it at all so far.

I have a question.

My debit card expires next February and I'll need to get a new one. Will I be able to enter the new details without cancelling my subscription, or will I have to cancel it in order to add thew new card? I would prefer it if I didn't have to cancel it because then I would miss out on at least one item.
