the Ocean Depths machine isn't changed for Keel Hauliday. The Freyalise Trading Co. is just one of the shops that it pulls from (but obviously it only pulls from it during the holiday when items are actually stocking there)

Ooh, I like the look of Harbinger! Sort of reminds me (of so many spooky characters really, but what first came to mind was...) some mix of The Nowhere King in Centaurworld, and Taxidermy from the Lenore comics. (ngl though, the position of his hand makes me chuckle a bit, looks like it's picking its nose. ; P )
Still building up my critter for battle, but some day. : )
