thanks so much for adding some old quest items! I have a few books I was missing for some of my other battle pets :D Is the 2009 a temporary thing (aka will disappear later?) or is it back on the 2009 tab permanently? (aka I can wait on buying stuff I need) LOL :) Thank you!

I have had that adorable bunny on my wishlist for quite some time because it reminds me of my first fluffy pet, Katy Bunny (...she never really had a set spelling for her name so sometimes I refer to her as Katie; I was 8 and I spelled it with a Y but my mom thought it was IE. Anyway) She was a Holland Lop, white with gray markings akin to a siamese cat. She was a sweet girl. Now I have two bunglys: one for my minion zoo, and one to eventually either give to a pet or put in a pet's treasure. And if I lose my self control, I might just get a third, just for an extra <3

As a new player, I'm glad to have access to old items that I wasn't on the site for. I'm even more excited when I see that they're super cheap in user shops because it saves me Vesnali coins for more expensive things! You don't have to buy them... lol
Ah, I remember so much posting on the user above boards to get coins then. And new user above boards being a free for all being made like every two seconds. I need to go back through and see if there's anything I can put in tcs.

very glad i bought all the copies of "how to draw vesnali bunnies" i needed off shop search before quentin starts asking for them and spikes the price ;) jokes aside, thank you for all the 2009 items!! i needed so many old food items, ;w; (also if that is a quest-a-thon hint, my kingdom for a quest-a-thon that's entirely a four-day weekend sprint and not another two week event 😂)
On the contrary, just the other way round was what I meant and said. They cost nothing in usershops and are therefore 15 times more expensive at Esther's.

You're sounding like a mighty boomer with that kind of attitude. You don't have to buy them from the shop for 15 coins if you don't think it's worth it vs user shops. There are some items that are worth the 15 coins vs user shops. They don't have to bring back anything or modify anything but they did for the sake of the players that didn't get a chance to grab these items when they were released. Honestly, there are better stuff to gripe about pertaining to releases or site features but it just sounds like you liked the exclusivity vs obtainability.

Maybe it's me, but I don't feel like halving the coin price for a book from 13 years ago is a big deal (though bringing it back even at the old price would've been fine with me).
(according to Subetalodge's price tracking) has been sitting around 900k for months. Yeah, the other two '09 books are currently cheaper than that (12k and 80k on the SS at the time of commenting) but it's still nice to have them (and the other items) available from Esther IMO since prices fluctuate

Yes, they WERE. Before they became "retired" and lost their worth completely at that rarity. I was referring to the books specifically.
It isn't for me. But Vesnali coins are fairly expensive out of the season, that's what I meant.
These items were once in her shop, , at ridiculously high prices (or some had no price recorded). I figured it'd be a nice gesture to make them a fair price across the board. 🤷♀️
