Not me crying really hard over this pet page... The worst pain in my life was losing my best friend, he was a black kitty and made of pure sugar. It hurt, all I could see in my head was how sick he was at the end of his life, but eventually I realized that instead of focusing on how sick he was and remembering him at the end of his life, I should remember him as he was when he was a healthy, happy, bouncy little kitty. I hope you too can remember Suka like this. He will always be with you. ♥ Never let go of that. And congratulations on your clean scans. I'm sure he's really proud of you for being such a fighter!

i'm sorry that your beloved companion's time has come. as others have said, it's never easy, and they're never 'just a dog' (or cat, or whatever other animal).

i lost my baby girl, nilla, on december 1st and it still hurts. that sassy little cat got me through so much, the least of which not being my dad's passing and my family's life being uprooted and so horribly tossed around. losing her makes my heart ache, and reading the poem and the like on suka's profile makes it hurt again, but in a.. good way, if that makes sense? in that others understand how it feels.

he sounds like he was a good companion. a good friend. may he rest in peace.

i'm so so sorry for your loss. it's been almost two weeks since i had to make the decision to put my beloved cat, jiji, down due to health issues.

they are not "just a dog" or "just a cat". they are 100% family and forever loved.

Congrats! Loved the gorgeous overlay and the profile. Like others I cried too. Beautiful tribute. For many our pets are members of our families and our lives are incredibly blessed and changed forever because of the love shared with them. I'm glad Suka was with you during the hardest times of your life. My cat Sundance, long gone but never ever forgotten saved my life three times many years ago, and his memory will always live on in my heart. <3

I am sorry for the loss of your friend. This is a beautiful tribute to Suka and I loved the poem. It brought tears to my eyes because our own dog is getting up in years. You seem a very strong person and I'm glad you had Suka there with you.
Congratulations on the spotlight. I would have hit the little heart on the page, but it seems I've visited before as I couldn't hit it again. I want to give more love. ^_^

Love the art! Love the profile. My condolences for your loss. I got that a lot with my F.A.Y.G.O. (fierce as you'll get out) cat. He was my soulmate. Murdered on April 1st 5 years ago. To this day I cry. And even with adopting two dogs 14 cats. That "Just a cat" still brings the most sadness to my life, the quickest tears to my eyes, and the worse loneliness I've ever felt. Always get told it's "just an animal". It may be to them, but to me that "animal" was/is my world. My life force. My reason to keep going. Because humans suck and animals are amazing. Words unspoken by them are the loudest most understood and most meaningful and honest. Hugs wish I could say it gets better, but from experience, it really doesn't.
