I think some of these revamps should have just been new items or new sets, they don’t look nearly as good as the old versions :\ especially the masc eyes, why are all the masc eyes so scrunchy and tiny 😭

Hmmm I’m not so much a fan of the clothing set revamps. I find the art kinda dull and hard to match with other items. Bummed about the Aviatricks hair the most I think as it’s missing that fun Subeta flair that older hairstyles have.

I don't like how small the Professor New hat is :( I also dislike the faded color of the necklace :( The rest looks much better indeed.

I also like the old Argo hair, mantle, and glasses more than the revamps :(. although the new mantle seems to allow the chest wrap to be more obvious.

The ghostly item really needed the facelift ;p

Honestly the aviatrix set looks worse now, it looks much more dull and flat comparatively :(

The outlines for the socks don't really align with the outlines for the base and it looks a little off. Just look at the difference when the feet, toes, and legs are removed.

by downscaled i mean they lost /a lot/ of iris, which just looks like that crazed anime look. where my big eyes. makes layering hard ):

both eyes kinda took an L, what with the fem losing that almost non human look to them with the no pupil and wide irises, and the masc got downscaled and scrunched up. where's my masc big eyes, why every masc eye gotta be tiny

i'm not a fan of the changes to the eye drops; they're not as vibrant and they have pupils. they look less like a revamp and more like a totally different item.

the rest of it looks good though. i'm glad the aviatricks tee isn't so stiff now.

oh, the revamped sbq sets look so muddy-- not enough line contrast. kinda disappointing.

Loving these revamps!! Of course I had to get rid of a lot of the professor items, it I just purchased a few. I sold pretty much all the lines when I went on a semi-hiatus two years ago

does anyone have side by side comparisons with the original versions for the professor new sets? I must admit I had not expected those to be up for revamping.. I only remember already really liking the old versions of especially the aviatricks set, but without seeing them side by side I don't really know how different they have become..

Oh no, it got remade so it's shorter (I think? it's not fitting on all my saved avs right anymore) & also open at the neck now. Oh man, I loved how well it used to fit on the neck! :(

Well dang, I used this so much before, it was seriously one of my favorite items, & now it's not really going to work. Don't get me wrong, it looks really good for how it's interpreted, but I'm just so sad that the design/fit of it changed too, because I can't think of anything else to replace it with. The rest of the revamps look really great, though. The other Red Alert items especially.

not bad revamps- i have quite a few of the professor new items on my WL and in my wardrobe. love the hair, i have never known how quite to use it. i just wish the braid could be in front of the shoulder! it'd look so cute that way

Oh thank goodness, with Verano leaving we might finally see more variety. I love you designers, but 23 pieces for a set is nuts lol. Positive side, I'll finally get a shot at finishing out argo/aviatricks without completely breaking the bank. ~S
