I recently hit the highest achievement for the hollow but I like to keep track for myself, but I think I forgot to write down one time... is it something I could send a ticket to have staff check how many times I've snagged something there, or is there not even an invisible counter keeping track now that I hit the last achieve?

I don't think it restocks strictly twice a day either. As recently as 12/31 there were at least three (potentially four) items posted on the BHH restocks thread on a single day. There's pretty much no reason to lie about catching a restock (but not everyone posts so obviously we can't tell the maximum number of items caught in a day)

I think it's just random.

I've snagged a few dozen items at BHH over the years, so I shouldn't grumble and groan, but I will anyway. It's part of the fun.

Extremely lucky I guess. 2 items within 6 min. I still say unless they changed it. It restocks more than twice a day. I really CBA to log into the new site just to look at posts on the boards. Just look the BHH RS threads to see if the place stock more than twice a day. Sure not everyone posts but people do.

if you managed to grab 2 items in a 24hr period, that doesn't mean that it restocks more than twice a day. Means you got lucky <3 so congrats!

Ive gotten 2 items within 24 hours. So unless they changed it. It restocks more than twice a day.

it's completely random each day. Restocks twice a day. I just keep a tab open and refresh every so often (just make sure you don't refresh too often or it'll lock you out of BHH for a little bit)

I love BHH, it feels like how I think restocking should feel. I like a bit of competition, and the little burst of adrenaline I get from seeing something stock there, racing to click the button, the potential letdown of not having enough tokens and then being motivated to do Wizard quests so I’m more prepared next time, if I do get the item it’s even more exciting—ye, that’s why I love BHH 😊

Nope! They're never completely taken out of rotation, or if they are we would announce it first. It's mostly if they run out of stock I'll restock it on my check if they aren't worth like. 40k sP haha

I check every other week on the numbers for items and restock things as needed! Anything under a certain amount of sP I don't restock for a while just so the more expensive things have a chance to circulate.
