The Subeta staff are mostly from the US where it is still the morning (I think Amber in particular is 8 hours behind the UK time zone).
Hopefully forum is working by then and same for the wardrobe, can't view either of them because New Subeta isn't letting me log in over there despite the username/pw being correct.

Gonna assume they're setting up the forums and stuffing the wears into wardrobe. Thus the reason neither of them work. But I could very well be 100% wrong and this is the usual site hiccups we've all come to expect around event time.
