Sadly, she does not appear daily. She will appear randomly, so everyday there is a change that she will be there, but most days she won't.

Merana used to be in the Omen Islands, where you needed a map to go and meet her. But after a story plot, she was able to leave and now she's free in the Ocean! She spawn from time to time in the World Map!

Here is the link to where you will be able to find her: Explore. She will be a corner of the map. Just visit this page daily, and she will eventually show up on top a small hurricane. Good luck!
