To explain the delays: the items are not given automatically when it's changed, we have to manually run a script for that. There's been a recurring issue with the script when runs it, so she's had to wait for a me to do it, hence the short delays.
There is no harm in filing a ticket immediately if you'd like the peace of mind. There's also no harm in waiting a day to see if it gets addressed, if you'd rather save yourself the trouble. So far, yes, we've been aware of the problem when it occurs, it's just about waiting for a programmer to be available. I do my best to address it within the same day.

Good to know I'm not the only subscriber this didn't roll out to right away. (I upgraded my subscription yesterday.) I'm going to wait a day or two before submitting a ticket though since I get the feeling they are already aware this is a problem and they're working on it. :)

Mine renews on the same day and I got mine just before the news came out. Maybe it goes in alphabetical order? I would wait until tomorrow and then submit a ticket if it's still missing but that's just me.

Mine renewed on the 13th, they used to release the item on the 12th and when they started doing it later I wouldn't get a copy of the previous item and instead get the new item when it came out but for some reason I haven't this time and I don't know if it's just a normal delay or if there's a problem I have to report.
