okay i've had time to process this so here are some scattered thoughts

1 wavy forehead horn and 2 curved ram ones was my big wishlist item for this specific colour
the curve of fin around the curled tail is great
i love that the spots have been worked into the hydrus markings
the whole underside of the foot is coloured instead of just the toes, which makes me super happy bc it's my favourite minor trait that's been left off several of the newer demis
the little bits of kelp worked into the fur are really nice

it's seriously surreal that this pet exists now. hydrus was a new-ish colour when i joined, but demis in general often went so long between new colours that i genuinely never expected to see this one for real after mysticcookie left. i'm so glad it's finally here. huge thanks to the artist, you're my hero

Oh my, I love it. Those claws/feet are wonderful, with the light colored bottoms, and the tail also is amazing. I may just have to finally get myself a demi XD
