The writing is by . I was blessed enough to have her write the words exactly describing what I deal with on a daily basis. It's a battle but it's one I am determined to not get the best of me!

Beautifully written. You have done an excellent job conveying what many people experience with mood disorders. Thank you for making me feel less alone by showing that someone else understands what it's like.
Clearly written from a personal perspective, it's a shame things like this don't get more credit, as it's art in its purest form -- expression (in this case, writing). I like this so much better than people forming stories around pet species (though there is nothing wrong with that). I feel for you and wish you all the best. Wonderful pet and description! The picture of the fortress or "tower" is beautifully symbolic. Great job.
