Even the descriptions seem like they should be swapped xD The tonic says "A shimmering light seems to glow within this tiny vial. Weirdly delicious!" And there is not light in there, also it doesn't really look like a tiny vial. The powdered essence, however, is a tiny vial with light shimmering in it. And the powdered essence describes it as a powder which it definitely does not look like powder, though thr tonic clearly is some sort of powder.
