Yesterday we launched our new authentication system that adds a ton of new security features when making requests to our API. That means your account is safer and we have more tools for dealing with cheaters.
If you're having trouble loading pages that use the API (forums, wardrobe, achievements) try logging out and logging back in, or logging in on new.subeta.net.
I have tried on three separate days now... Logged out and in, trying to log into the new and I can't. When I use my username and password it says, "Login Problem Invalid login credentials, try again?" - and I tried with my email address instead of UN and it just spins and spins and spins. :/ I haven't been able to view the forums in a while. I'm not a big forum user but... I just keep trying I guess.
The new subeta won't load, can't login to it. Hope this is something that will be fixed soon
I came here to ask about the logging in/out to access the forums, and I see I'm not the only one with that issue. I hope it gets fixed soon.
i really don't know what to do, i gave up trying to get to the forums and logging in and out every few moments, i really wish you guys would have waited until after the questathon but now every time i click an item it gives me an invalid id error. i genuinely do not know what to do or how to solve this.
Ugh, this is a PITA. Only thing I can use on new Subeta is the wardrobe, everything else is blank and clearing things and logging out and in doesn't help.
I need to log out several times a day just so I'm able to access the forums. Is this normal? Is there going to be a fix?
It's seriously beyond ridiculous that, after I leave Subeta (closing the last tab, not logging out) that I have to then log out and log back in every freaking time because something won't load, like forum topics, item previews, wardrobe, etc. And no, hard refreshing DOES NOT WORK. Nor does clearing my cache or browser stuff.
I know I'm getting really tired of every time I edit a pet profile having to do up to 6 verification tests! (yes I had 6 in one go yesterday) Is that really such a hacking problem that simply previewing the profile needs SO much security??
Keep getting pinged by friends but forums still won't load, just sit there with the circles spinning round and round. And I'm tired of having to keep logging out and in so will just wait until this gets fixed some day. :(
For anyone still having problems with the forums, I cleared my all items in my browsing history, then did a hard refresh on my computer. Once I got back on I did the authentication sign on through my wardrobe on the new Subeta. So far everything's working now.

O.k. So just now, 3 hours later, I wanted to return to the wardrobe. I was required to log in again. Just like before logging in on new subeta did not work: "Login Problem Invalid login credentials, try again?"
also have to log out and back in several times a day on both my phone and my computer to get the forums and wearable previews to work.. really hope that's a temporary thing that can be fixed
In wardrobe I cannot chose the "all items" option to preview, what I might want to add.
Have had issues accessing forums since this change. I cannot seem to log into the new site with my phone it doesn't give me the option. I fixed it on my PC last night and now I'm having issues again today. :,)
The new and old sites might still be having issues baking and sharing cookies. Forum threads won’t load without logging in at the new site.
Was hoping when I came back this morning that everything would be working but still can't see forum posts or the pings I've received. Hope this gets fixed.
As a restocker working legitimately, let me tell you that I'm happy to see some of the bots and lag being dealt with!
Can this be tweaked some? I keep having to log out several times a day so far just to function. Its getting old quickly
I'm here for the night mode. I'd walk over hot coals in bare feet for night mode.
Maybe this will weed out the obvious rsing bot someone is using. Or is it normal to have 50+ of every r99 in your shop?
Could someone help clarify: Is there anything additional we need to do (e.g. change password, answer a security question, etc.) or things are the same on the user end and it's done without us needing to do anything?

Logged out and cleared cache on all devices, relogged using new version of site, and still can't load forum posts, so advising!

give it some time, it literally was just implemented yesterday. being snide about it is odd. thank you subeta team for doing the best you can and always thinking about the user base!

So that's why the site's been lagging and timing out and just generally buggy for me. I'd initially attributed it to the Quest-a-thon but it's never been THIS bad before.
Earlier I was having trouble with things too and logged out and logged back in and it seems to be working okay now. Wardrobe and avatar are fine and the previews are back.
i never understood why people would cheat on subeta when it is literally soooooo easy to acquire sP and csc. but this is great, thank you!

Apparently this is related to cheaters? If so, keep on trucking with site features. I don't mind being unable to use them for a bit if this means weeding out cheaters.

Wardrobe is not working, Forum is not working but heyy, i know if we get something new, nothing works well and is ok if you tell us what's going on till we can read self

I'm all for the security benefits but this update has changed the way my wardrobe looks and has made it impossible to click on a portion of my items :( Usability issues with 7/6 wardrobe update
Is this what's suddenly causing broken image previews too, or is that a separate issue? Cause ever since reset they've all been broken for me and a bunch of friends. :<

Ok. &, for the new build: Go to the given new subeta link. Click your avatar headshot in the corner. (you can also make it dark. aw yes, dark theme.) Tap Log Out on the dropdown.
Then, you'll be at https://new.subeta.net/login & you might want to click that remember me checkbox before actually logging back in. Oh, & you'll have to log in and out on whatever devices you're using to access subeta, like both your phone and your desktop, just so that's clear.

Just came back recently after a long hiatus. I've logged in and out countless times and also logged in on New Subeta, but images still won't load on the site for me, and I can't edit any of my profile info, like email address, gender, or name. :c Using Chrome.
