If you’re lucky enough to get a visit from sweet Tempest via random event, you might just get this shocking new HA border. You will not get this stormy border from summoning everyone’s good friend Tempest with the Tempest Lightning Rod. It’s only achievable randomly through visiting her by random event.

You have to go to your wardrobe and up top you click personal and there is a way to set your avatar border and it shows what you have and have not earned.
Can someone tell me how I go see what borders I have?

it looks like the layering is wrong on the preview page though, the circle with your avatar headshot overlaps the border instead of the other way around.. so you can't see the lightning bolts on the preview page for instance :/
Actually you can see a preview of the border in your wardrobe, under cosmetics. It will show up as "Locked", but you can see what it looks like.

I like it. Too bad it's random so could in reality take years for a random event. Glad to see there also seems to be an achievement for it as well. C'mon Tempie baby, gimme a hug. :)

I’m also excited to see whether there are different colored sparkle borders for this Quest-A-Thon! I’d be really happy with a black or grey one, I’ve stuck with the yellow border as it’s the most neutral one :3 If every QAT gets new sparkle borders, we could end up with a whole rainbow of options!
