We've changed the special item for our Subscription Quester, Councilor, and Goddess plans. We will be changing this special item slot every month.
There will be a new reward card, and five new items in the Loyalty Shop on the first day of Black Friday this month.

Please file a ticket for this. This issue was fixed and the fix is working correctly, but it was not retroactive, a programmer (me) needs to do something to manually fix it for those who had the problem in the past. If you've previously filed a ticket and the problem is still happening, then please file a new ticket and specifically ask the User Administrator to confirm with a programmer that it is fixed for you. Once you have that confirmation, you can rest assured you'll be good from then on!
It probably doesn't help that my renewal date is usually the same day as the new item release LOL. (I swear my subscription renewed about 4 hours before this new item dropped, RIP. 😂) Thank you for the advice, I'll do that!
I hope all the old Delish is coming back. I never have enough csc to buy everything I want, though ever since I subscribed this year they've been piling up. Fingers crossed.
Will old battle cash shop challengers be available to buy in cash shop during black Friday. Or have they been in the past. New to battling.
It's not really confusing anyways like the post or Amber said there won't be a Cw pawn shop or anything related with CWs involved for BF Sale because they will be doing something special for the CW portion in December

You should, but also be sure to mention that the problem is still happening. I've been getting the new items when they were released since they announced the change, so if it's still not working for you, they may have to fix something on their end for you.

so it meantions the pawn shop, does that mean it is coming for BF? I wonder because funds are limited for me so I'm trying to know how to space my funds or if I'll mac-n cheese it for the end of November and get my funds ready for Christmas sales.
I got a second copy of last month's special item, but I also had to submit a ticket to swap for it when I got a duplicate from the previous month. Should I submit another ticket to swap this duplicate for the new special item again? I know y'all said you were working on a way to make it so this doesn't happen again, but I'm guessing there's gonna be a few hiccups along the way lol.

I'm actually glad to hear that the regular CS and CW in pawn shop will be separated. That gives me a month in-between to save up/prepare for another go at buying too many pixels. :)

Delish here i cooomeee~ i was planning on budgeting for a few CWs as well, but i guess i'll try and save some CSC for December and hope some of my wl items are included/left in shops (emphasis on "try" lol i normally blow all my CSC during the sale welp)

You get the newest item when your subscription renews, so if you signed up after the October-November item was released, you'll get this one on your renewal date.
Subscriptions are explained on the subscription page (link is in this news post). You can cancel easily on that page if you have a current subscription and when your subscription time expires, you'll get a notice on your sidebar. You cannot change within the tiers at this time, you'd have to cancel and sign up for a different tier after your subscription time expires.
I'm taking that to mean "cw price changes are coming in December".

I'm new to subscriptions this month and I want to know - do you get the new item when your subscription renews, or do you get it when the item is changed?
I wish that the Custom Wearables got some sort of Black Friday attention. It would be silly to include it in a sale, but some sort of promotional reward would be cool and give a neglected area some love!
Like I'm concerned about cws not being in the sale, mostly because of the lack of csc income it'll mean but also because I've been promising to bring back previous releases from this year during the sale (and permanently retire them afterwards) and now that feels pointless since no one is gonna buy anything when there's no discount. And bringing the items back in December doesn't make any sense to me either because then people will have spent their csc on CS items during the BF sale instead...
Black Friday is when I make sp normally so when it starts its good news for me.

I'm sorry I can't explain everything, . But you'll see all the things we have planned in December. Some things may change, adjusted a bit, etc but we have a pretty solid plan and everything is on track. :)
Amber, you have the patience of a saint and I don't know how you do it.
My issue is that without a sale, people will not be buying from our shops which provide us the funds to purchase lumi gifts. I'm trying to understand how opening the pawn shop/lowering prices will generate those so we can buy for our friends. Even with lower prices, wouldn't most people spend their csc in the pawn shop and not buy cws from user shops? Sorry just really confused.
Unless there are unforseen complications, yes I plan for Fireside to start next week.

Oh, right, Fireside, I wonder if that will be starting next week? I was so focused on Loyalty items that I almost forgot about it.
One more thing. A LOT of users rely on sales in their CW shops during Black Friday to fund lumi purchases and buy things they want/need from the CS shop. Without cws included in the sale, I am not sure how we will be able to do that. With a covid year, it's going to be even more difficult to do lumi. Just saying.
There’s no sale during Black Friday, but like the news post said we have something planned for December (before Christmas, so y’all can still get gifts together etc).
Thanksgiving is so late this year, and Black Friday is right after. We try to give y’all at least a week so Monday was the best bet. :) I didn’t want to start both Fireside and BF on the same day. That’d be madness!
Black Friday starting on a Monday? Well, I guess there technically is a Friday during it. Can't wait to see what the theme of the Loyalty Items will be. But it seems rather late, does that mean every other time that the Reward Card changes will be later in the month now as well?
that is correct there's currently no way to upgrade. Cancel and restart is the only way.

No sale? Super concerned about being able to afford lumi cws if there will be no sale. I have 50 friends I normally buy a special lumi gift cw for and full price will likely not be possible. :(
