Reward Card Changing Soon!

We’ll be releasing a new reward card on August 15, so fill out your stamps on your current card while you can!

None of the items in the Loyalty Shop will be retiring.

that's helpful news about the new card vs the subscription date renewal! I was very sad my two stamps were wasted just a few days before the new card is coming haha.

For those of us who had to get our gold accounts turned into CSC, were we supposed to get stamps for that? Because I spent $50 outright there plus the 15 for my subscription and I only have the first 4 (2 small 2 large) circles stamped. Is that right? :/

We'll allow a grace period where your subscription renewed within a week of the new loyalty card coming out and your old card was already full, you can file a ticket when the new card comes out and we'll add those stamps to the new card instead. :)
