It was because of the price, hadn't been stocked in over a year, and had very few on the user shop search when I was researching; a lot of the other expensive foods have been restocked recently (last six months). It's also one of 's favorite items, inspired by her love of all things eggs and chickens, and with her working insane amounts as a nurse I wanted to cheer her on a bit. Secretly. I realize now how that item looks on today of all days and I'm sorry if that's how it was taken!
(Suggesting strawberry soda and more red velvet cake items to artists, though!)

Hey so quick q, how come y'all stocked the today of all days? Any particular reason this specific item was chosen instead of like... a strawberry soda item... hibiscus tea item... red velvet cake item... literally any red food item...
