There was a problem with the resort a short while ago similar to what you're describing, here is the thread. If you're still experiencing problems I'd recommend either posting in that thread (to let them know the issue isn't resolved for everyone) and/or filing a ticket to have a staff member look directly into the matter.

I think it might be a Paralix instead of Serpenth, because the description of the book mentions claws. And also Serpenths originate from the Omen Islands, according to the Subetapedia.
We don't have an entry for the Paralix yet, but it would make sense to me if it's from Shengui Guo. It also has a sort of serpentine body, and its nostalgic form is like a Chinese-style dragon puppet.
Sounds like it's going to be a Serpenth, and not a Zentu like I thought...
