This is so good! I love seeing unapologetically head strong, non-feminine female characters. I was a shamelessly wild kid back in the day (an official member of the tree climbing, mud, sneakers and ripped jeans brigade) and as a consequence was often told that my behavior wasn't "ladylike". As a lady I should be able to decide what's ladylike rather than have someone else get to set that bar for me. 😎 I love the believability of Cherry and her internal conflicts of what her family expects versus living her own best life true to herself. She's a great character that I can definitely relate to. Congratulations on your win!
