Congrats! fun fact: The part "Leiden" is a tribute to the city Leiden in the Netherlands, because the exact gene mutation was discovered there. But "Leiden" ist also the german word for "suffering" and as a german medical student I always thought it was called "Leiden" because of that suffering part.
