You will now receive New Year Tokens, which you can spend in the New Years Shop, from completing quests and from Random Events. <3

New Years Tokens will stop going out on 11:59pm January 17.

Reminder that Luminaire forums will be closing on January 5 and Monthly Collections will be added to the Cash Shop on January 2.

While I do like a few items for this years New Year's shop, I'm kinda disappointed in the lack of items. Like others have said, no plushies, beanbags, etc. I even more than enough tokens from previous years saved, so I feel overwhelmed if I happen to get any more and not have a use for them until future years. I'd like to see more and hopefully be closer to running out of tokens like I would with other holiday event shops.

I have to admit, I feel a bit let down by this year's items, too. What there is is nice, but there's just something missing, idk. No minions :( and the items aren't very colourful this year, either... I guess that's the theme, but it doesn't help to make them stand out more.. as it is they all kind of blend into one, IMO.

While the items are nice, they seem to be lacking this year. There weren't any minions and there weren't any plushies or beanbags released for Year of The Rat this year, like there was for Year of The Pig. I hope there will be a thread for New Years 2021 Suggestions before next year and the staff will have more choices based on users' suggestions. Because right now, the choices are lacking and something of a disappointment.

Happy New Year! Love the new items, but as a minion collector, I always look forward to the new ones in the NY shop as we have gotten some adorable ones the last few years. Sad to see there aren't any new ones this year. There's usually been at least one.

So, the few items that are there are nice, but I feel a bit let down by the lack of them. I am easily able to buy them with leftover tokens. It reminds me of a Walmart after-Christmas sale, where everything has been ransacked. What gives? Has the staff lost interest in us here? I know a few of you are working your asses off to do the job of 3 or 4 people. And that isn't fair. CWs and Gold Account subscriptions revenue should be flowing plentifully. But there aren't any plots anymore. Or special events out of the ordinary. Or floating goodie bags. Or new pumpkins to carve. And very few items released for normal RSing (I.e. books). And now this with the New Years shops. "There's the bare minimum. I'm out!" Is Subeta a graveyard?? It breaks my heart, especially for the people who have been loyal for over a decade.

nice that the shop has new stuff, but i am disappointed, 2 x new hair and simple shoes that you can wear all year round, i would have wished for more party stuff, how do you dress that day? chic! more shine and glitter, elegant, maybe a background that shows the fireworks outside at the turn of the year, not just colourful bubbles, no 08/15 things that are boring. maybe a jacket or suit with a glass in the hand, really ladylike high heels, i hope there will be more things to come, so far it is rather lean, sorry, but you can do better

happy new revolution around the Sun everyone~ fab new items ❤ i was all prepared to jump right into questing, but it turns out i had enough tokens leftover from last year to get everything i needed, phew! rl is a bit stressful rn, so i'm glad i don't have to worry about questing too ^^'
