Black Friday is officially over in the Custom Wearable shops and Cash Shop!
With the sale being over, we’ve decided to officially change the price for cash shop pet slots. Instead of 2000 csc, pet slots through the Cash Shop are now 1500 csc!
I have been waiting for this to drop for forever! This is progress, but with all the other money grabs this site has, and all the people that spend hundreds on this game I still don't see this as reasonable. So i'll be waiting until it drops to 1k CSC before I consider buying this. Or maybe it could work like the millionaire center with the price lowering with every slot you purchase? But if you're a long time player you already know that Subeta is a very expensive game to play if you're going to spend real money, so it's really a surprise to me that it was dropped at all! A good step in the right direction and giving some of the players more of a chance to buy nice things. & I think the lower the prices get, the more people will be able to/consider purchasing things with their cash.

idk not $15??? That's a bit overpriced considering they also collect csc from from everything else in the cash shop and a donation pool every day/week, you'd think an additional pet slot would be $5 or free? But clearly it's not going toward all the missing functions like a search in the forums.

How much CSC do we need to pay to get a site that functions properly? Asking for a friend, since I have no intention of spending any more money on this site in it's current state. After nearly a decade of playing, I've seen plenty of "upgrades" to make the site quicker and smoother, yet they never seem to make much of a difference. The latest event was basically unplayable. This is 2019 and we have super fast internet, text/graphics based webpages shouldn't take 2+ minutes to load. But don't worry, it's only $15 to add another pet now.
Can't afford it but have fun guys, hope all the pound pets get good homes :)
Nice! ❤️ Buying slots and renaming pets has turned into my favorite excuse to donate money to the site. Now, I can buy a new slot & rename any adopted pet for the price of just the slot before, or have a bit more csc to sell or give away or whatever.
Though, I still think that it would be great if that Buy Pet Slots page mentioned that you can also buy sP slots at the millionaire center. Personally, I forgot about it for the longest time and now I've almost maxed that option out. :d
Expecting? Eh. It'd be nice if after all this time the site was fully functional but moving sucks, no matter the type. Hoping though..was hoping to see a bit more of a public status update; looking into this, trying that, etc., so I don't have to try hunting for information on forum pages where I still haven't managed to find a search option. Maybe even a "Weird, you're not supposed to get that from loading this page" response to a question I asked days ago in one of the threads I am following, though since some pings aren't working it may have a response that I don't know about. I get pings from other subbed threads though, so.. I did see activity in the staff posts, and I appreciate it, but the forum posts I've been able to find regarding what's going wrong and what's being done are only seeing updates about what's going wrong. Also, you're right, this is just a free game site. Nobody's forcing me to play, wait for pages to load, buy CSC, blah, blah, blah And I have been patient, everyone has.
What price do you think CS pet slots should be??
Isn't it time to permanently cap how many pets a user can have? It's one of the things that's getting a little ridiculous and only encourages more pet name hoarding. There is no reason to own so many pets. I can't even imagine if that's part of what puts a strain on the site. Even if it doesn't, come on, limits have to exist for a reason. =/
i mean, what are you expecting? what else can they say about the issues other than that they're working on it. posting other stuff doesn't mean they're not. it's just a game site, and it's free, so have some patience.
That’s great, I appreciate them being lower. Will surely speed up the rate at which I hit the max for pet slots :D Lord, thinking back on those old plushies, this is much more doable!

There are seperate sP pet slots in the MC :) They are price tiered, though, so each new pet slot goes up by 20mil, until you max out at 200mil and then it resets back to 20mil for as long as you have available sP slots.
Anyways, yay, price drop! Always a welcome change, especially when new ones are added. Definitely a lot more affordable than their original price when we had the pet slot plushies, either way, though lol.

Gonna be that person..I'm sorry but.. There's a continuously growing list of things not functioning or not functioning properly since the upgrade/maintenance/move. I see posts here in the news that make it seem like daily life is trucking along just fine while the two posts I know of with info about things getting fixed are dead silent; last time I checked the staff forum posts there was a reassuring message about staff seeing the issues we're having even if they're not responding, but it was three days of nothing since that message when I looked. I know you're working on it, and I know you're doing it for little to no payment but this public look of functionality while the established player base plays tar pit in the mire created by the move has a really sneaky feel to it and is very unsatisfying in the light of; no text on images and hovers taking forever to pop, inaccessible galleries, quests that can't manage to keep a set schedule for resets, inaccessible games, no pings/alerts for training, pockets of lag that leads to Heroku and 502 failures, a friends online list that doesn't load, and the newly encountered (for me) anti-bot CATCHPA page. I'm sure I've left out some issues but the point I'm hoping to make is that it feels like fixing the maintenance created problems has taken a back seat to making sure the site looks good from the outside. I feel like that's a bad idea because only the most dedicated, or bored/patient new players joining now would stay when they see what's happening, and the established base (who already buy CSC/donate) are not entirely happy.
Nice price drop! I have a question though, I seem to remember a vote last year about cards we could buy in stores to get cs points. I was thinking that would make a nice stocking stuffer,any thing ever come of that?
So instead of a whole $20 it's $15... I guess great for those who want it, still seems a bit much to be justified by a single pet slot. I don't see why they aren't a millionaire shop item instead.

Eh. I have the csc but since I'm not one of then ten users who gets every name daily can't really justify wasting it.

Nothing makes the dismal exchange rate between USD and AUD clearer than the fact that this means pet slots now cost $20AUD instead of $30AUD, lol

my two cents: subeta is still my favorite dressup game. I've been playing another phone game and dear lord the cash grabs /there/ and for no layerable clothing and barely any POC clothing options, I'm satisfied with what I spend here and hope to see it continue to be available.
