I'm pretty sure it doesn't. You can now get pets changed to Aeanoid by zapper, but Galactic, Hydrus and Angelic are definitely off-limits as far as I know.

eee I've been looking forward to more Yaherra colors! I'm a little disappointed in the lack of color variation in the tail feathers. But on the plus side, I like the lively pose and good use of buttwings! Overall it's lovely* and I'll most likely get one eventually. Still waiting to see what Galactic looks like before I finally choose a color for Anduniel.
(*I mean, my first thought was basically just a delighted scream followed by "A BABY!! I WANT!!!!", so...yeah XD)
