For those trying to get into recycling to get the points for this -- A friend told me to not pay more than the cost of smelting sP for any of the Recycle Beast's items. The 4mil sP option gives you 500 points, so that equals out to being 8k sP per point. So I'd just stay under that for your items and go from there.

it's extremely rare (like it hasn't been done in five years, and only to a very few items) for anything to be retired from this shop ever. Staff hasn't done the routine thing this time around and confirmed (like they almost always do) that the item will be there forever. But it's likely that they will.

Smelting sP can get you this in a few months. If you are on anywhere around Subeta's midnight when the Recycle Beast changes items, it's very much cheaper to buy items from other non-recycling users as fast as you can. This will take you longer and take more work.

A suggestion to people who want to go the item route: save your Quentin items. It is slower, a point here or there, but the RB usually asks for at least one or more of Quentin's items per day.

Hey, I remember getting this some years ago from Peka-Boo. Nice to see they brought it back after all this time, but I feel that it's a bit too overpriced. Avoiding devaluation is important, I guess, but it's still a bit too pricey...

i havent really bothered giving him stuff ever since i got a Ametsuchi. So i only have You have 4,813 RBP to spend! i think my problem with him now & not doing it as much is that i cba to take very few items out. Example Searching For: Vanilla Scented Candle Vanilla Scented Candle 8 found in your gallery Questing Sucks Now I really cba to go in there to take 8 of them out. HaHa I still have hoards of junk in my legacy galleries i used to buy cheap back in the day but I dont ever catch him asking for that stuff.

My first thought: "That's fair." While nodding and smiling because at least there is now a chance to get it. Unlike a TS RS which you have to save up for and hope they RS again sometimes in the future after you have saved up for. A place like this is a great home for that tail.

I wish there was a way to quickly and easily remove the junk from the drawers in my wardrobe because I totally would purge it to the recycling center or crystal shop!

I'm honestly just kind of living on all the drama this is stirring up as it becomes very clear who around here I need to just preemptively block and avoid contact with. Because honestly the fact that these are being rereleased at all is great, and I can understand the high prices so as not to devalue them. But also I see a lot of comments of people going "Darn, guess I need to actually start [insert thing here]" and I for one know this will get me more serious about using the recycle beast and saving my wiz tokens and now fragging coz I get the feeling something's gonna come out in the cs eventually. By releasing them in this way it's generating more interest in aspects of the site that from the looks of things only a small handful of users were actively participating in so that's nice too ^^

If they were planning on removing it any time soon, they likely would have said so in the news post. It will probably be around for the foreseeable future. The only items I know of that even get removed from the recycle shop are some of the seasonal items, but they come back every year so even those are not really retired forever.

I can't remember the last time they removed stuff from the shop, but I think it's been a while (like a few years or something).

They released a new pet two days ago, some pretty gender neutral clothing the day before that, some revamps on the 3rd ????? That's just in the last week I could go on if I keep going back. Hell, another new pet was released on the 29th of May.

They're not just focusing on releasing items with high prices. These were very exclusive prizes that had a grand total of like, 5 on site. They're just rereleasing them so some can be in circulation for those who missed out originally and those who joined afterwards.
