I had these sentiments about AHS Roanoke and Hotel....I did stick with it, and glad I did, but those two seasons almost killed it for me.

If you really want to know, I wrote this mainly because at the time I was unsure if I should continue to watch the DC CW shows or not because there was only one character I care about who I thought the writers didn't treat well enough. After finding out how those show's current seasons ended, I decided that not continuing was the right choice. Too much to catch up on anyway.

congrats on the win! Other shows came to mind when I read this. Tokyo Ghoul, Malcolm In The Middle, X-Files, Empty Nest, Night Court, Family Guy, and The Flintstones. The one show that left the worst taste in my mouth and I never forgave was Charmed. Those new incompetent writers ruined everything. They dumbed down later episodes, made both babies turn out to be boys and killed off characters that shouldn't have been killed off. Cole comes to mind.

Eventually, I stopped watching especially after the second baby was made a boy instead of a girl, all because of a stupid plot device. Well, that and the writers being sexist misogynist pigs. I tried watching some episodes later on, but they were awful. Especially that stupid monkey episode. I could go on and on with all that they did to ruin this series. Personally, they should've just wrapped up and ended it after killing the Source. The perfect ending was right in the palm of their hands. And they dropped the ball.

Me with most SCPs and me with Digimon Tri. SCP has the excuse that its a collaborative effort... But Digimon Tri just took my hype and stepped on it, then spat on my face and laughed at me for believing. Sigh.

I was referring to the overall idea of the pet profile. Once you realize that it's not the characters responsible for things but the writers who make them go through it, when you realize the writers have utterly betrayed you, then it just becomes a thing. I've tried to convey this to people before but it just seems like people never understood, or weren't willing to blame it all on the writers, so it is nice to see a profile that conveys this in words I haven't been able to find before.

Interesting story, not sure on what 'getting it' refers to although from the amount of complaints the series has been getting it could be GOT or my personal choice TWD Anyway, interesting, nice profile but also the 2nd recently with a SL right smack in the story.
