Just a note: forum giftboxes pull from the free shop, which we manually stock. We suggest you use these boxes as you get them, or at least by the end of the week! We won't keep restocking the pool of items after next weekend, which should be enough time for y'all to open and enjoy the boxes. :)

Got 2 of these so far this morning and no prize. Maybe the prize pool should be increased in size as it seems like it's a common error for users?

you don't have to be a social creature to post on the forums. Dance claiming works. There's also threads in the masquerade forums entirely dedicated to "post for boxes" where you can literally just post the word "boxes" over and over without having to talk to anyone.
So we have another week to open these, until next Friday, right?

It was confusing since after opening my box dissapeared... but then it appeared again, I think? Or is my inventory going foggy? I hope it's not taken as critisism, it's just confusion upon excitement.. I absolutely don't mind to wait, it's like a mystery unraveling what will be in the box! ;-D
Thanks for bringing back the boxes at all, it was a nice surprise and I can't wait to see what new threads we'll get later and which NPCs we'll get to see.
You don't even need to scroll down, it's listed in the news post itself that the boxes need to be manually stocked. Not sure why so many people are having trouble understanding how it works.
the boxes are MANUALLY filled by a staff member who is probably sleep right now, guys. just hold onto your boxes for now? if you open the gift you get it later anyway, as already said... multiple times? it isnt hard to scroll down, guys.

I simultaneously love and hate these boxes.
I love that they're available, but I have yet to see one, as in, I have never ever received one. I kind of prefer things that aren't so dependent on RNG, but what are you gonna do, I guess.

and if you try to open your box it tells you the price pool is not stocked just so you know!
