As much as I love the items and appreciate the time spent making them, I'm another who would love masculine versions of items. There are so many hairstyles that are feminine only. Same goes for many clothing items.

the items that are like 50 NYT are items that didn't start out in the New Year's Shop but were available in the long-defunct restockable Holiday Shop for sP. Over the years since their debut they gained much value and were selling in usershops for even more than the user-determined exchange value of NYT to sP at the time that they were re-released. So they seem expensive, but they're not.

For those asking for right click, try going control + left click it has the same effect! Also, I hate that old items are so expensive. I got maybe 40 - 50 at max tokens today, and one older item will take like half of that. I'll never be able to collect all the items. ;;

+1 for wanting more masculine items soon? Can we get a masculine month or something to make up for the lack of items lately? I'd kill for a few new nice sets of slacks / jeans / pants that come with recolors, instead of just a million Vanity jeans that only come in one color!

+1 for wishing the clothing 'sets' had stronger line art. The art is absolutely stunning, but I'm going to be hard pressed to use the items when some of the lines are so gray and thin they basically don't exist. Please fix them. I know it's the artist's style and that they've heard this critique before but... I really wish they'd listen. Their items are so beautiful, but too difficult to use. I always skip past them in my wardrobe and that's sad af.

Are you speaking specifically of custom wearables, or the official cash shop ? Custom wearables are held a little differently because they're user based. Users cater to their own interests: for instance, I do a mixture of items depending on how I feel. And while I fully support and want more male-oriented custom wearables, we don't get paid for putting things on site and the entire user base isn't our demography (however nice it would be). Staff artists, however, do get paid and the entire site is who they're putting out stuff for.

I’m with Muerte, I’m very disappointed in the lack of any male clothing. Sure the throws/blankets are unisex but there’s 2 female sets in there and none for male HAs. I’m used to there being very little in the way of male clothing but usually there are male and female items in the New Years shop. I do really love the backgrounds though, and the blankets and throws are kinda neat too but I’m not sure I’ll ever wear them.

Felt the same when looking at the cash shop some days ago [when they had a lot of cool custom items for sale]

"Oh this sounds nice! Ah, it's just a dress. Oooh that's probably cool!!... Oh, a dress again. And again. And again..."

I just gave up trying and bought some backgrounds. Didn't even bother to check all the items. It's super duper cool to have tons of different dresses, but can't we have other things too? :/

Love the quilts and throws. Very happy the Baby New Year plushies are being continued. Always here for more blob kitties and matter minions. The BGs are great, the pigs in a blanket beanbags are hilarious, and I hope the experiment stickers are continued next year, they're wonderful.

But uhm... The ladies get two mini sets and the dudes get nothing. I've contented myself with guys getting less. It's how it is. For New Years items there's usually one item line for us, while the ladies get a mini set, an item line, random items, and then there's neutral items. Cool. But come on.
