Backdrops on Luminaire Trees!

Think something’s missing from your Luminaire tree? Why not add a background to it? You can unlock three different backdrops each for 500,000sP.

In the future, we might add new backdrops you can unlock in different ways. Happy Luminaire! :)

I can see the background....but I can't see my tree? It's invisible...I can see it when I select a background...but when I go to the 'decorate' page, it's not there :I

I think backgrounds are a wonderful idea! Great job, and the three given are very pretty, too.

Might we get a warm non-snow outdoor background too for our friends in the Southern Hemisphere where it's summer for Luminaire? :)

Sneaky sP sink, but beautifully executed! :P I love all of them, but especially the fireplace one is pure old school magic. Thank you, you guys never disappoint with lovely suprises like this during Luminaire, which makes it my favorite holiday by far!

This is a neat idea! I'm really holding out for a Ziaran-themed background though, to match my Atebus tree. Either the surface of the moon or a cosy, modern in-door apartment (with zeppelins and high-risers visible from the window? And some steamwork knick-knacks laying around?)

These backdrops are a good SP sink, especially since everyone's spending so much SP in usershops on gifts. I think I finally understand the SP sink thing now.

I decided to use this background because it went with the tree more out of the others.

Am I the only one though whose Broken Maliss Ornament will not show up on their tree? I click it, but it doesn't actually show up anywhere in the tree portion the way other ornaments do, to add to the tree.

A wonderful and welcome addition! Sadly none of them quite look like what I'd had in mind for the scene behind my tree (the closest is the night sky, but I'd wanted something more contrasted and with less ambient purple) so I probably won't use one this year, but it's definitely something I'll look into incorporating next year! As for these, the fireplace background is my favorite!
