And I like your saffron. I just assume Subetan saffron is lighter, but it can be orange anyway.

Yay, parsley rosemary sage thyme and tarragon! If only there was garlic powder and mustard powder, you could cook Celtic.

Saffron when you get it raw and in stigma form, it is quite intensely red. I though my monitor had borked or something. I agree with your artists didn't get the color right.

Ras al Hanout is a mix of spices and not just one spice, so I don't think it belongs in baskets with the other pure spices. I'm not saying it should be in a different shop, but the basket or other container for it should look different since it's not really the same thing. It is tasty, but there is quite a bit of variability in the mix, depending on who makes it and where you get it from.

not to be nitpicky but the saffron spice is not saffron in color, they are deep crimson colored strands.

how about a nice jar of minced garlic? I never want to peel the cloves but minced garlic in oil tastes nicer than the powder to me.

I love new spices! Thanks very much!

Can you add Sumac and Coriander next time spices are added? Also fenugreek would be nice.

If Food Market could carry garlic powder, too, sometimes we just don't want to peel those cloves :D
