Oh, rats. If this notice had been posted at the same time as the bonus weekend, I would have bought more CSC then. As it is, I won't now. :(

Nope, none of the items ever retire unless specifically stated otherwise. There will just be a new card for people to get more stamps and points with, and then some new items added to the shop probably.
