Well, no, it's not only one copy ever. The news post happens when a new item comes out that goes into the pool of items currently restocking. We don't know how many copies or which exact items are in the pool (since we don't know exactly what might have sold out or not at a given time). And then randomly throughout the day, one copy of one of those items will restock at a time. You just have to keep checking periodically and hope to eventually catch something. But it's going to stay in the pool until those X number of copies sell out (so this plushie could stock periodically for months and then be gone for awhile until it gets put back into the pool by staff).

It's entirely luck-based, but the items do eventually drop to a reasonable price. I don't understand why people find it so frustrating because there's no expectation of an item being there. Go in expecting that it'll be empty and let yourself be pleasantly surprised when you find something :P

BHH restocks one item from its pool at a time, randomly throughout the day. It doesn't stock a certain amount when there's a news post like the Token Shop does
