Blue Building: Painting with Blob Kit

My sense is that the Blue Building quests have been much more stable cost wise since the update a few weeks ago. It might be worth a look in. I haven't rejected a quest since the change.

A potential of 20 points per quest, 5 per day, he costs 1000 Need to do 50 quests to earn him so a 10 day commitment.

For comparison, item Empty Blue and Teal Spray Cans was released to Blue Building for 1500 points in July 2017 is still over 4 million sP in user shops. Think about it. ;)
