The new year is upon us, and much of Subeta has welcomed the destruction in the past year of various terrifying legendary beasts. Yes, maybe some were a bit more benevolent and undeserving than others, but once we have our swords out we just have to hit something over the head with them. It was only defeat in the case of the nicer ones, we promise.

Still, we all can’t be friendly ALL of the time. There are some things that others might do that really gets our Oatmeal. And some Subetans, no matter how frail they look, are not going to turn away a fight if it’s for something they believe in! A certain Minions Market shopkeeper in particular has been stretching her old bones out and is not going to stand by while people anger her.

Maybel is available now as a challenger if you’re mean enough to find the way to unlock her!

Once you unlock Maybel, she will appear in the Secret Tab. Unlocking Maybel is not limited to just this month like with our Throwback Challengers. While we’ll continue releasing a challenger on the second Thursday, you’ll have plenty of time to unlock them.
