Snow Fairies

You can no longer get fairies from Library or Cursed quests. You have a very high chance of catching one when posting on the forums though! Getting a fairy this way counts towards the Fairy Catcher! achievement. ;)

You also have the chance to get a Forum Giftbox when posting on the forums until the end of Luminaire. For those that weren’t around for these boxes last year, here’s what they have inside:

I wanted to ask- the quote from last year says "we're going to keep adding to them over the next few days". Is this the same for the 2017 giftboxes- is the current pool of items limited, or is the full pool of items already available? :o

Just checked. Since the gift boxes were released I have made 70 posts and found 3 boxes. :(:(:( I know the return was much higher last year. I loved it.

No idea how many fairies. I don't want any more fairies personally.

Not sure, maybe 5 forum points (actually, these are valuable so no complaints).

If you say so. But the events have a much lower frequency then the floating fairies. So all in all, I am not happy with the new changes. I understand why you want to get rid of the floating fairies. But I rather have them in the quests then in forum posts. Maby a bit of a mix of the two during the event next time?

I throw snowballs at you and a few other people I know who have shields so the pretty icy snowball reflects back and shows on MY HA. :D I just wish there was something we could wear that's the opposite of the shield, that makes the snowball stay on longer. Ouch! You tried to throw a Icy Snowball at Laurey but they reflected it! Maybe you should be a little more careful next time...
