New Zapper Skins!

It is I, the great and powerful EUCLID, here to provide you with all that your heart desires! My Morostide miracle machine, the zapper fantastic, giving you the excellent treat of wearing a new skin and frightening all with your abominable faces! But what’s that, you say? It’s not zapping you into anything new? That sounds like more of a trick to me, and you know I like to please! If only I had the funding…

I suppose, for just a teeny tiny amount, I can guarantee that my invention will zap you into a skin you’ve never been in before! I’m such a giving and excellent humble scientist.

Note: This feature does not reset at midnight, it's 24 hour based.

Just wanted to pop in here and say thanks a million again for this feature! Now I only need 2 more skins before I'm done with my zapper skin collection! :D I LOVE THIS SO MUCH

I just did a search for Flameo, seems it's a Fireside achievement skin, not zapper

I doubt anyone is looking at this anymore, but I didn't want to start an entire thread just to ask about 1 skin. Wondering though, I've looked at skin lists and I can't figure out how to get Flameo? I assumed it was a zapper skin but it wasn't on the lists? Its the only one left on my want list right now I think, so just wondering if I should keep trying to zap for it or keep my SP

The "Make an Alert" button fails to notify once the 24hr wait is up for the special zapper. I thought I missed the alert somehow yesterday, but confirmed today that it didn't go off. Fyi.

Oh shit, Candy Scorn skin didn't look too interesting when it was just greyed out, but it goes marvelously with my current look.

Grr. The "make an alert" failed to alert me when my 24 hrs are up. That's not cool.

I too am not a big fan of 24hr timers. At the very least, make it a 21-22 hr timer, so that you aren't continuously pushed later and later through the day. Like today, I zapped around 4:30 yesterday and did actually remember around 2pm. Unfortunately, I didn't remember again until 7:40, losing out on 3 hrs. I didn't set a personal alarm because I thought the alert would work. (If it did work, it was definitely lost among the ToTing.)

Still need 16 skins still, but I can only get seven more via the bribe this year... Guess I'll keep zapping in between the guaranteed zaps in hopes I can narrow down the choices and get some of the ones I really want this year.

Sadly it's not a glitch. Before this amazing new feature, I got the gray alien so many times in a row, that I was ready to donate all my wizard tokens and give up trying.

I also hate 24 hour things :-( And having to wait 20 - 30 minutes to see the outcome of a zap isn't funny, either. Actually I hate, how I need to go to the wardrobe, wait for it to load and then move the base to the top, to see which skin I got. Isn't there a way to just make the "use a mirror" link show the skin?

24 hour based is unfair to people in different times zones. This appeared after 9pm where I am and it will have been even later for people on the Euopean mainland.

erm....I did it yesterday....is it once every 24 hours or is it once per Subeta day

Also, for everyone who is zapping with the normal 50 token one and not getting a new skin - the cache seems to be delayed 20-30 minutes.

Aaaah I do love all the new skins! Although the price is fair, I only really zap for the hell of it, and I'm a bit too cheap to shell out that much sP to collect skins I would never use x) Glad to see others excited about the option though ^-^

I think I'm glitched..... I've zapped several times this Morostide (Only one special super zapper zap) but I have not seen a single skin actually APPEAR ON MY AVATAR, and I have so many skins unlocked in my wardrobe that I legit cannot tell if I have acquired any new ones yet. :C

I like the option to make sure we get a new skin, but I have a few complaints. The background behind the text makes the text itself hard to read, and when I'm on the new zapper page, the text boxes cover up the drop down menus.

Is there a way to tell what skin you got (or can there be)? I zapped (50 tokens option) and literally have no idea what I got if anything, it said to look in the mirror/linked to wardrobe and I really can't tell. :c

Ah okay I see what everyone means. I did the 250 token one and that was fine, but I went to zap for the 50 token one and that didn't work.

I'm also not getting a skin when I zap. Waited a while and refreshed wardrobe several times. I'm not sure whether I was actually charged the wiz tokens, but when I go to zap again, I have a 1.5hr cool-down.

I haven't been on for many hours and I just tried to use the human zapper (regular, no additional fees). I got a message saying I have to wait 1.5 hrs since I already used it, which is incorrect. I verified in my wardrobe and nothing had changed (no skin). :(

Ahh didn't know we could get old ones! Maybe I can finally get Nebula, Blacklight & Opal while I'm at it, been trying to zap for those for days.
