I forgot, what a thorough nuisance he is. My blessings are obstinate today and this jerk keeps literally stealing all my weapons from me. One fight I had to deal the final blow with nothing but the last Ether generated legendary. Speak of close call.

Turkey Quill generates Turkey Elixirs for him to steal, this decreases the chance that he gets something good from you and then uses it on you.
Brought in 4 attackers and kept him chain frozen. The loot is mine.

YES finally got the achievements for beating this guy. That's all the gelatin achievements completed at long last...except for the one where you have to defeat Hydragellos...I wonder if that will be possible to earn again. I never expected to get that one anyway though so whatever, I'm happy! (Even managed to find time to do all my quests somehow.)

This is all I can suggest (I finally got 10): take off all but 1 healer, because he WILL use them against you. Replace other slots with sporks. Start with a 100% freezer + truth serum (or other stealer). Then use recycle blaster/a main weapon. Just keep at him with your mains until he reaches about half health, and then start chain freezing him. Perilous Whirlpools are actually a lifesaver here as well, and they're cheap.
This one is heal happy and steals all your weapons so you can't defend yourself hehe ^_^. Good luck battling this one ❤.

Chain freeze worked for me, that and taking atleast 4 constants into battle should also help. I found use with rapier of error too
