How are we supposed to ever get anything from there? Nothing is stocked. I don't refresh over and over again, but I kept going back to check it, and now it says I'm being asked to leave. Really?

BHH doesn't work like token shop. It stocks randomly through the day, and you just have to be lucky to catch an item there :)
