the fragmentizer is the gray brick building near the bottom right of the darkside map, attached to the asmodeus genetech lab; the top of the fragmentizer page has a link to the crystal shop.

Oh Thank God you're fixing it! I'm on another pc without my Chrome bookmarks...where the hell is the Crystal Shop? I haven't a clue! Bookmarks are like electricity, taken for granted when you have and go freaking nuts when you don't.
