I wonder if Saggi works in his own garden? It is normally considered 'common' work, which he normally detests given his quests, but maybe he enjoys the beauty of the result enough to justify it. Or maybe he just basks in a garden maintained entirely by other people (not that that's a bad thing so long as he pays and treats them well! Saggi is a busy guy after all.). Both actually sound likely in my head, in the past I would have immediately said the latter but the Omen Island Trail made him seem a lot less elitist than his quest dialogue gives the impression of :p.
