User Shop Update!

Great news! Custom Wearables will now be able to be sold in User Shops for CSC! This means that when you place items that are R200 (Custom Wearables) in your user shop, when you go to price them, you will see an option to enter in a CSC amount as a price. A couple of important notes: the Autopricer will only price items with sP. It will ignore items that are currently priced for CSC in your shop, but it will not ignore R200 items that are priced with sP or that are unpriced. In the event that an item is in user shops with both sP and CSC prices, their order in the shop search will be based on the current lowest price of CSC cards in user shops. sP and CSC shop tills are separate.

i like this now I can just stick a cw in my shop and i don't have to sell it for 300-400 cheaper to the pawn then I bought it for since the pawn shop would be reselling it for full amount anyway.

Well, I didn't end up buying from user shops, but I did come across a few CWs in shops that I really liked. Wound up buying one in a different color straight from the releaser's shop. :D So hey, it's not as easy as the pawn shop, but I'm coming across a lot more high quality CWs now than I was in the pawn. It works until a searchable database gets put in.

Just happened again, I almost priced a CW at 500 SP. Thank god I caught it in time. I hope they find a way to fix this before too many people sell their CWs for a few SPs instead of CSC.

Far from perfect solution (which the database hopefully will be) but it's just one day and I already found 2 CW BGs I wanted for months. WITHOUT having to comb for them thru forums or trades. Nice.

It's a nice solution in theory, but only if you know the name of what you're looking for. I liked the Pawn Shop, because a lot of CWs I don't know but I've found some really nice ones just going through all that.

Perhaps there should be a lowest price that CWs could be priced in sP, and highest price in CSC. Anything less or more is automatically detected and priced in CSC or sP.

Please add a pop up asking if you really mean to buy the item, because we are talking of csc and not sP. I bought something as a mistake, was on mobile and 700 csc is still 7 dollars... and I don't have any uses for the item I mis-bought. (I opened a ticket too.)

I wish there was a way to choose how the amounts show up for each shop when we price it, either SP or CSC. It's frustrating having to look at 2 different boxes for every item in the shop and hope I don't price a CW with SPs instead.

Only problem I have with putting CWs in a shop is making sure I don't sell a CW for 500 SPs instead of 500 CSC. :( Priced 1 at that but caught it before I clicked submit.

this is a cool change and all, but until there's an easy searchable/viewable database of CWs I don't think this will affect any users new to CWs. can't very well search for something you don't know the name of/exists

hopefully that database you're working on comes out soon!

Thank goodness this update occurred! I don't buy CWs myself but when I heard the staff was closing the page for CWs, I just KNEW there was gonna be a big ruckus about it. Hopefully this shop change will calm those everyone upset about the CW Pawn Shop closing. :) ❤

I've sold custom wears in shops for sp, but I've found that people are more wiling to do straight up trades via csc than they are paying sp in a user shop.

I like this new feature if only because it seems that cw wise, selling for straight csc seems to be a faster sell.

THANK YOU! I have never sold CWs so quickly before. The CWs I sold I'd been trying to sell for MONTHS in the trades AND at massively discounted prices and no one wanted them. But then I put them in my shop for a normal price and they get snapped up! So happy!

I am suddenly finding myself annoyed that I can search the shops by username... nor do I know how to find a users shop by other means.. I am not coding savvy... (so many ppl here have said they would use the feature, yet not all have links to their shops). lol. ~~sigh~~

dunno if this has been mentioned, but i think an are you sure? button would be VERY useful here, just in case someone accidentally clicks the CW when looking for account search/shops/etc!!!

It doesn't appear to work that way. It's an either or option, but it gives you the option of selling for sP still if you want to instead of csc. Just not simultaneously.

Also like the idea of a filter or categories so the cws can be seen faster. =) Glad this was implemented so quickly!

Good plan, thank you. Perhaps a sort by rarity or price feature in each persons shop would be good, then the r200 could be made first, instead of searching through 6 pages for them, much like it is in the pawn shop at the minute?

It would be nice if there were categories for shops so that we can put CWs in a different category for easier browsing. Either that or like someone else mentioned some way to view all the CWs in one person's shop.

This is awesome, but I wish there was some way to view ALL the CWs in user shops - as someone mentioned downthread, you'd have to know the name of items to search as opposed to just browsing and discovering things you like (or browsing by price to snag better deals).
