Last Day of Morostide!

Design Oatmeal a Home submissions are now closed! We’ll have a post up when we open voting later today.

It’s the last day of Morostide. Trick or treating time is now 5 minutes when you choose what house to visit and only 3 minutes when you use the random house feature! Pumpkin patch times have also been lowered, so try to find Puck while you can. Euclid has been nice enough to lower the wait time when you step in front of his Zapper for the rest of the day.

At 11:59pm today, Morostide will be over. Which means you’ll no longer be able to use the One True Zapper for skins, pumpkins will stop floating, Cinthia and Pete will stop giving out holiday treats, the Pumpkin Patch will be closed, and Trick-or-Treating will be over!

Still hoping to get the deer skin and the leopard skin from the zapper by the end of the day. But I at least got the new ones. Will be sending out my extras to random people both on and off my BL though, because I've no use for them and I want to help people much as I can <3 Bummer that its already over!

I woke up, grabbed my phone and immediately zapped. In a sleepy stupor, I was so surprised to see that I finally got the skin I always wanted :) Good luck to everyone zapping, I hope you get the one you want today!

I was hoping the zapper would have been adjusted to a higher chance of getting new skins since I've thrown away tons of tokens getting repeats over and over. Still want that spectre skin but guess it will have to wait until next year. Darn.

Seriously, let me throw 2k tokens at the zapper. Get a skin I want, and not be able to zap for the rest of the event. I'd happily spend 2k on one guaranteed zap than the few hundred I refuse to waste on repeats.

thank you !! ughhh how incredibly frustrating, i only have like 5 unlocked and he just keeps giving me the same one x_x what a huge waste of tokens, i totally agree with you T__T we should be able to spend 100 or something on choosing a skin but with longer wait times maybe? idk, the way it is right now though clearly isn't working :'(

Yeah, still not gonna zap any more. I've still got a fair number of skins to unlock, and it just wants to give me the same ones over and over. I'd rather we were given the option to choose any skin we wanted, for one last, pricey zap. It might be more expensive, but at least it wouldn't be such a damn waste.

It's totally random. The more skins you already have unlocked, the harder it becomes to get new ones. It's frustrating a lot of us who seem to just get the same skins all the time.

This was my first Morostide and I really loved it! Thank you Subeta for such a fun holiday event :) I'm so bummed that I didn't pay better attention though (I didn't realize the quests would be giving special items) Pete/Cinthia quests...wow!! I even received a Burgundy Graceful Witch Gown from Pete...what a guy <3 Already excited about next year.....!

I'm 100% with StarShadow... I just exploded a bunch of sP on wizard tokens so I can squeeze in as many zaps as possible before Morostide is over, but I will be super busy tomorrow so I might not be able to get all of the zaps I need for the skins I want. :C There should seriously be some way to reduce the chances of repeat skins.

I wish there was a way the zapper could reduce the amount of repeat skins we get. I've been throwing away tokens for a week on getting the same 3-4 skins over and over and over and never got the one I want. And since I work full time and Halloween is on a Monday I will only get a couple zaps in tomorrow. Darn.

Dang... Are those new zapper skins the rarest things in existence or what!? I've been zapping myself constantly every day of morostide and haven't gotten either of them! Going to be pretty peeved if today ends and the RNG gods continue to forsake me.

Unfortunately, there was no way we were going to be able to do a plot of Jaxon and Ian right after letting a sea witch out. Hopefully next year we can get a bit more from them, at least they've had a chance to have a few quiet Morostides together!

I'm glad I managed to complete my Pumpkin Collection, get all of the new Morostide titles, finally managed to reach top tier in the TPed and Egged achievements, and get all of the Trick-or-Treating treats that were available this year! ^^ I even wound up gaining the Gormund and Plushie Collector titles while Morostide was going on, so this has been a really nice event for me.

Thank you guys, for giving us a chance to catch up on our pumpkin collections! I'm looking forward to Fireside as well! I have pumpkins saved up for the pie achievements, a Glade Potion prepared for making my first Harvest Potion, and lots of hope for completing the Item Giver achievement chain so I can get the only other hidden layout I'm still missing. ^^

My comment was we don't always bring back all challengers in general for any holiday. This year was a mix of old regular Morostide challengers and MOrostide plot challengers. I don't think we've brought back Nightlady every year? (I can't think of others atm because i'm horrible at battling okay)

cries this is my favorite holiday! so I'm sad that it's over but happy that it happened. :) and I spent all my time on Morostide and did nothing for poor Oatmeal. :( It would have been themed of old German cottages.

and there's ONE book I still need... drawn in chalk... so when I get home tomorrow I shall trick or treat with all my might!
