Yeah, even just checking the BHH restock thread in B&C on the forums, people post a few times a day with what they get (and that's just like active forum people!)

We've stated in news posts since then that we've changed how often the BHH restocks. :) It's more common than it was 6 years ago and if you check once an hour or so, you're likely to find something! Some people make it their home page or a bookmark of it and check when they can.

keith said at some point in like 2011 that BHH restocks twice a day and from what i've heard it's only one item at a time. there's not really any official information that i can find and obviously i've never caught a restock so i could be wrong

Also, BHH restocks A LOT more than 2 items per day, I don't know where you get that from.

If anything was available to everyone even if they can barely get online it would hurt the game in the long run, they need people to be active onsite and they have to reward those people somehow. You can still enjoy the site, even if you can't get every single item that come out. Natasha is in the mill center but unless you play A LOT you'll never be able to afford it, and BHH items are pretty much the same. They're not essential to the game and you can always buy them from other users so they're not out of your reach even if you can't restock them yourselves. Heck, I've restocked over 110 items at BHH and there are still a lot I've never got that I want, it's part of the game. If we could have everything we want right away we would quit playing after a week :P

because sb is generally supposed to be fun and accessible for everyone, not just those of us lucky enough to have shit-loads of free time. that's why the questathon gave out the same prizes for people who did one quest or 500+. there are plenty of rare and difficult to get items in the game (cash shop, cws, event items, retired items and so on) and that's fine but i'm of the opinion that BHH goes over the line a bit by only restocking two items a day and having a tight limit on how frequently you can visit. it's not a huge deal, but it's a bummer to have something so (imo) needlessly frustrating getting new items on a regular basis.

A majority of folks work and can't do the every 20 minutes thing. I'm lucky if I get 3 hours a week here. I'd be all for a one-time use item that guarantees a bloody item there so that I don't have to drop 50 mil pure or CSC to someone who restocked something I needed for a collection there.

I've restocked something there 24 times in my almost decade here. It's exceedingly rare.

I don't know why people complain so much about BHH, it's not that hard to restock there; you just have to be dedicated and check every 20 minutes or so dring the whole day. Of course if you check once at month when a new item comes out you'll never find anything :P

I actually bought my first BHH item the other day so I'm feeling more confident... I mean, I probably won't get /this/ item, but I got /one/ item, and I've got so many BHH items on my wishlist, so hey you never know. I'm keeping a link on my widebar widget, and checking whenever I remember, in case anyone wanted to try that tactic.
