The Quest-A-Thon Begins!

Are you ready to quest your little heart out? We’ve officially started the Quest-A-Thon!

Remember you have until July 3rd at 11:59pm to have 750,000 quests completed as a team with your fellow users. Just a friendly reminder these are the quest givers that count towards the goal: Carl, Cinthia, Mori or Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Sarah, and The Wizard.

The Cash Shop Credits special has also started! If you buy any cash shop credits during the Quest-A-Thon time, you’ll get double the amount of credits you purchase. For example, 5 dollars worth will get you 1000 instead of 500.

I checked the Cash Shop page, but it says that I can get 100% back if I use Braintree or Stripe.

So if I use my regular old credit card, I can't get cash back?

I'm not really a fan of having CSC discounts or whatever as a prize for the whole thing because I can't spend any cash on the site anyway. Also I really enjoy that one additional pet slot every so often.

as for Tiers I would suggest not to he toharsh - if you do not have a GA and can only do Saggi/Sarah that menas 90 quests a day 90*5 (since 5 days) would be 450 so I'd think to be able to reach the "highest" tier you should particpiate at least 10% - which would mean 45 quests in 5 days

I myself am single mom and work fulltime. I have done all the quests each day (sometimes getting up early/others staying up late - after work, kids and homewokr/cleaning) but I can understand if people are not willing to put a lot of effort in a game.

I still think tiers would be fine, but then ther's always the point that some people might have buisier lifes.

So something like a 10% paticipation for the highest tier sound (for me) ort of fair.

Not for this year though, since it's not nice to change the rules after an event started.

As for prices... My price are the SP and the items I get from doing the quests (and eveything else is a bonus)

Almost 315k in quests since the start of the event! Not bad considering we only need 750k y'all. Keep on hustlin' and we will surely succeed. :)

they asked what i want to see for a prize so i'll just put it here: well uh i don't care about pets and i also don't care about cash shop discounts cus i don't have any $$ instead i think it'd be really cool if for like a week or perhaps less, all quests would be weekend quests so we'd get hella $$$. i'd even activate my 1 week GA for that!!

I think adding a tier system afterwards is a dick move considering some people (myself included) won't have access to a computer for the weekend.

I think a cash shop sale (so we can spend dem double credits) as an ending prize would be a lot better tbh

I agree with the tiers. I've seen a comment or two about doing only one quest then sitting back and waiting.

My suggestion was to give the option of the items in loyalty box as rewards.

i love this games... but how u know who is playing the battle and who don't ?? we have a list ? was not here for longer but got a mail today and run to finish my part of the game... :) good luck for all of us... ^^

I love the potion option! That would definitely give us more incentive to participate instead of just doing one.

I dont think a top teir prize would really work because we can only do a specific amount of quests per day so there would be a lot of people that all have the same score. (plus theyd have to announce it before the quest a thon started or theyd have complaints that we could have bought a 1 week gold account and gotten into the higher tier but didnt because we didnt know of the prize distribution. maybe for next time though!)

I appologise for my previous comment, as apparently you get it with paypal as well. It is a bit confusing for people that are not used to these payment systems though, and I was upset when I saw the message that only braintree and stripe were allowed for that offer.

Tiers would be incredible. There are a lot of people who are only going to do one quest, and rely on everyone else to do the rest of the work. T_____T

A pet slot for participation is huge for a lot of people (including me!). But, since the Subeta Team asked, I think that adding tiers to a prize system would be pretty cool! A user could get a prize (csc, special item, forum title) if they complete 50, 70, 100, 200 quizzes? I dunno, just a thought!

Awww yeah! Quest-a-thon! I personally am super excited for the pet slot and will definitely br participating to the max for it. If the prize were csc I probably wouldnt be as motivated as I can just buy that whenever; but I usually run out of purchasable pet slots. If you consider csc as an option maybe make it a choice? You can pick one or the other? I just know I really really love pet slot events and want a million of them ^^

what if we get an extra bonus - if you do ALL the required quests every day (except Sarah cuz I have too many sP) and at the end of it we get to choose a Potion for our new pet we get with the new pet slot to make it whatever color we choose. That would be an added incentive to do all the quests and not only one and sit back and wait for a prize!! or pick like the top 25 or 100 people (or however many) who have done all their quests for something special added....

you can do both Sarah and Saggi if you start poor (so with less then - what's Sarahs limit again?) Do her quests then go on doing all others. That usually earns you enough to be able to do Saggi - as the last one.

After finishing for the day, you just have to spend all you earned and can do the same the next morning.

It'd be nice if prizes were based on the number of quests you do during the Quest-a-thon! That way it would encourage more participation than just a single quest for a pet slot from those who hate questing while us addicted people carry the cause c;

I do not think it is fair to put a newly released item in the mix of things that the NPC's can ask for. That makes doing that quest impossible and you have to forfit and lose the chance of getting all your points for the day! angry :(
