I remember my great-grandma use to grow water chestnuts and she'd harvest them and peel them to put into her broths/soups. My brothers and and I use to pinched them after she peeled them 8D. They were super sweet and crunchy! Good times.

Ohh man ginko trees suck. My college campus had them everywhere and the place reeked in the summer when the seed would fall and get stomped on.

I adore water chestnuts!!! They are so so so so soooooo yummy!!!!! :D There's really no taste to them, but they have a delightful crunch :P
