Trees!



Good news, everyone! The Luminaire Trees have opened and you are now able to retrieve your gifts.

If you've been keeping up with our updates, you'll know we hit a few snags along the way, but we're pleased to say that everything has been restored, including the names of the users who gave the recovered gifts.

If you received stocking events and gifts and still have not deleted all of the items from the 25th, please make sure to delete any duplicates that you receive! If you're unsure about what items you received that you might have used originally, and have not already filed a ticket, please do so now and we'll help you sort it out.

I wasn't able to be around much over luminaire and only caught the end of the issues you guys were having, but wanted to say thank you for working so hard over the holiday period. Great result! The Melody items are gorgeous and sweeten the fact that I missed out on so much over the past month or so... <3

Great job getting this all fixed. I was so excited to finally see my gifts :) Thank you all who gave me gifts and thank you subeta team for all of your hard work getting this sorted out. This was my first Lumi and it was so much fun! I hope everyone here had a great Lumi :D

Great job getting all this fixed. All the hard work done by grelca and the whole Subeta team during their holidays (and all year long) is much appreciated. It took great dedication to find the lost giver data. Happy for everyone that trees are out and Subeta is back to normal.
