The last time these items went out we had a lot of downtime and honestly the last two restocks were a bit messed up for people. That's why we brought some of them back. :)

Amber or Ariel had said previously that they intended to have more than the usual 4 restocks for these items. But all the downtime kind of interfered with that, so I think they decided to bring them back for a few more stocks.
