The Fall quest items are the very last item in each shop and usually cost 40pts or more. They are also all listed in this news post :)
Yeah, I don't know about any riddle either. But are the Fall quest shop items marked as Fall items? Or do we just have to guess?

Anxious to see winter items in the shops. :) What happened to the snowballs? Been waiting to throw snowballs at people and the shop still hasn't opened, it's a week late, I thought it opened on Dec 1st. C'mon, I wanna start pelting people with pretty snow! :)
